We work with a network of Protan Approved Domestic Contractors. Our contractors are selected carefully to ensure the exceptional service and quality levels that Protan stand for are delivered to you.
This process starts with a strict selection process in which a potential contractor is required to demonstrate trading history, quality of workmanship and commitment to customer service. Every person who wishes to work with Protan single ply roofing membranes must under take a Protan Approved Domestic Contractor training course. This Course runs over four days at our head quarters in Aldershot.
This course covers all aspects of design, fitting, regulations, awareness and customer service that Protan insist on from its contractors.
On successful completion of this course, the contractor is issued with an ID card which then entitles them to install Protan single ply membrane systems. Our contractors are required to carry this with them at all times while working with our products, and will be able to provide this on request.
While some of our competitors may be satisfied to end the training at this point, for Protan this is very much the beginning. Our highly experienced Technical Services department work with the Approved Contractor at every stage to ensure customer satisfaction.
Unlike some of our competitors, we insist that we have visibility of every job carried out using Protan single ply systems by our Approved Contractors. This allows us to implement an inspection scheme to ensure that standards are as high as possible.
