Titled ‘PVC Membranes – The Sustainability Debate’, the module tackles head on the use of PVC in production of roofing membranes, installation, in service life and ultimate disposal. In addition it highlights the versatility of using PVC roofing in BIM modeling through prefabrication reducing installation time and minimizing waste.
Protan used a large corporate building owner who had issues with PVC as a sounding post in addition to the RIBA assessment.
