High-level designer finish and attention to detail is key to this lovely domestic project in Lincolnshire.
The Fossdyke Paddock project in Saxilby consists of six bespoke eco homes built by Chiselwood Ltd and concept design by SGA architects. High attention to sustainability goes hand in hand with stylish designs and smart and highly aesthetical solutions throughout.
Protan membranes were chosen for this very high specification project. Protan single-ply membranes have a unique textured finish that was combined with Protan Omega Profiles to provide the required high level designer finish the client was looking for.
Main roofs of the houses were finished in Protan EX-A, a membrane that has fleece backing and can be installed with our adhered system. Protan protected system was used to waterproof the terrace areas, here using the industry gold standard Protan G membrane.
All the membranes were expertly installed by Protan accredited installer, Richmond Roofing (Single Ply) Ltd. Richmond Roofing also worked together with Protan on the beautiful Maggie's project in Oldham.
Protan membranes has a proven durability with a service life in excess of 40 years, as well as a low carbon footprint compared to bitumen roofing solution. Both environmental aspects contributes to the sustainability goals of the Chiselwood eco homes standards.
