This large-scale residential development in Aberavon combines the full refurbishment of existing homes with the creation of new, high-quality apartments built using off-site prefabrication. Working alongside SO Modular, we delivered a durable and efficient roofing package tailored to the project’s mixed needs.
The solution includes Protan SE 1.6 for exposed roofing areas as well as a robust pitched roof system, ensuring long-term performance, weather protection, and straightforward installation within a modular construction workflow. Covering 750 m² and set for completion in June 2025, this project highlights modern construction methods and high-performance roofing working hand in hand to enhance residential quality and sustainability.
